1 Interpretation

Goods – any goods supplied to the Buyer by the Company

1.3 Reference to gender covers all genders.
1.4 The Site is intended for use by persons or business resident in the United Kingdom and most countries outside of the UK, Customs permitting.
1.5 The Site is available free of charge for personal and business use.
2 Product Terms
The product information has been provided by the manufacturers and suppliers of these goods. Our role is to distribute the products, we do not offer a nutritional or product advice service. Please consult a healthcare professional.
2.1 Orders placed and purchases made are governed as follows:
2.1.1 All prices show are retail selling prices inclusive of value added tax unless otherwise stated. Until further notification VAT is chargeable on all goods and services according to UK legislation. EU companies may be free of VAT charge upon providing their TAX number.
2.1.2 All prices are subject to change without notice being given.
2.1.3 Should we not be able to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.
2.1.4 Placing an order does not necessarily mean we will fulfil it. Only when we invoice and dispatch the Goods is the Contract between the Buyer and Company acknowledged and confirmed.
2.1.5 Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.
2.1.6 Depending on the size and value of the order it will be dispatched either by Royal Mail or by courier. If any item is out of stock, the product will be put on back order and sent out as soon as it is back in stock.
2.1.7 Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched on the day the order is received.
2.1.8 Carriage charges to UK destinations and international chipping are calculated on the shopping Cart.
2.1.9 If Royal Mail or our couriers fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.
2.1.10 Damaged goods may be returned providing Customer services are advised by telephone (0044 1582 485 209) or by email ([email protected]) beforehand and the goods have not been opened.
2.1.11 Any items damaged must be notified within 72 hours of receipt (see 2.1.10 for telephone or email).
2.1.12 An order may be subject to cancellation or changed by sending an e-mail or by telephone (see 2.1.10). If the order has been processed and dispatched you will need to return it to us for full credit less cost of carriage.
2.1.13 Payment may be made by MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Maestro – all in pounds sterling. You will be charged for any Goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the particular goods.
3 The Law
These Terms & Conditions as numbered 1 to 16 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English Courts will rule over any disputes. If any of the Terms are held by any Court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, this will not reflect in the validity of the other terms which will still be valid and enforceable to the extend allowed by law.
4 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and will publish these on our site as they occur and apply from the day of publication.
5 Registration
5.1 When registering do be sure that your details are accurate and complete.
5.2 Remember to let us know immediately if any of your details change.
6 Security
6.1 When first registering on the Site you will need to create and enter your password, which must remain strictly confidential. Do not tell anyone what it is.
6.2 Your password is your responsibility. All orders submitted under this password will be your responsibility.
6.3 If Aneid UK suspect that there might be a breach of security or our site is being misused you may be required to change your password or we may be obliged to suspend your account.
7 Intellectual Property
7.1 The content of our site is protected by copyright trademarks, database and other intellectual property. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen or save on a disc. You may print one copy for your own use. However you may not store on a server or any other storage device connected to a network.
7.2 You may not use any trademark of Aneid UK.
8 Site Availability
8.1 Aneid UK endeavours to offer the best possible service. Nonetheless it cannot guarantee that the service will always be without fault or meet all your needs. 8.2 Site access may not always be available as a result of maintenance or the addition of new products.
9 Right To Cancel Registration
You may cancel your registration at any time by letting us know in writing. You must stop using the site if you do. Cancellation shall not affect your rights or liabilities.
10 Right to Cancel Your Registration
Aneid UK Ltd. may cancel your registration at any time should you breach any of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
11 Our Liability
11.1 Aneid UK provides the Site without any warranties or guarantees. The risks associated with use of the Internet shall be borne by you.
11.2 Material from other Internet sites is provided by our Site. We try to ensure this material is of good quality, reputable and within the law we cannot be held responsible if this proves not to be the case.
11.3 Neither can we be held responsible for any technical problems experienced with the Site and we disclaim all liabilities where your equipment links are incompatible or interruptions or errors due to technical problems occur.
11.4 You also accept that we cannot be held responsible to you or any third party for any incidental damage or considerable loss of revenue that are concerned with the Site insofar as applicable law allows.

Aneid UK cannot know that information and materials on its site are appropriate or available for use anywhere outside the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the UK and you decide to order any product from this Site you do so on the understanding that is it on your own initiative and it is your responsibility to comply with local law.

Any information submitted by you on this Site is for the use of Aneid UK only. We do not release any names, addresses or information relating to those names and addresses to any person, any business or organisations outside the Company.
Your name and address will be supplied to our courier for delivery of your order, and an email address or mobile phone number may be supplied to allow them to keep you informed about the progress of your delivery.
